As being the first woman to work for vitaltech, I am very honored to work for such an inspiring, dedicated company as a support expert. My time here at vitaltech is spent delivering a personable but valuable human experience for our clients. My goal is to give the best experience but at a level that is more like family. Each interaction I have with my clients is personal to me because they are family.
My spare time is spent practicing and shooting competitive pool. I have been playing pool since I have been 9 years old. I play National, State and City tournaments all over Michigan and Indiana. I also love spending time with my family, riding my motorcycle and traveling as much as I can.
I have always had a strong drive for technology. After graduating from Davenport University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking Security and Master’s degree in Information Assurance I dedicated myself to getting my career jump started. I worked as a Security Analyst for 8 years, a Helpdesk Technician for 2 and then made the jump and moved to Chicago to really get the experience I was looking to gain. vitaltech has provided me the training and opportunities for me to set myself apart from others in such a competitive IT industry.
Providing value to the company and our partner’s culture, goals, values, and progression is my main focus.
