I am a Support Expert at vitaltech, and I spend most of my time assisting the Senior Support Experts, as well as the rest of my team. I really like collaborating and working together to find a resolution. I know technology can be daunting for some, but I will always try my hardest to break things down as easy as I can – my goal is to make any client, stressed out or otherwise, comfortable and calm as can be while I work with my team to fix or repair any issues, and hopefully, improve and optimize an IT infrastructure as a whole.
When I’m not assisting my vitaltech family, you can probably catch me out and about exploring Chicago, soaking up culture, appreciating new cuisine, catching a new movie, or listening to music. Nothing is better than seeing favorite artists live. I also like to squeeze in a trip whenever I’m able to – traveling is the best! My friends and family are a huge part of my life. I’m the opposite of a loner, I’m typically surrounded by my siblings, coworkers, and friends throughout my day. There’s almost never a quiet moment during my day, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I graduated from Governors State University with a Bachelor’s in Information Technology in 2016. As long as I can remember, I’ve always had a passion for technology. I’ve always been the IT Guy for my friends and family, and I decided to put that passion to work. After a stint in customer service, I began my first IT job at a smaller college in The Loop. I joined the vitaltech team about a year later. I jumped at the opportunity to refine my tech skills with such a passionate, dedicated team of individuals.
I cannot wait to see what I can contribute to my work family to make vitaltech and our clients grow!
